Streamcrossing Determination

The DWR performs stream crossing determinations upon request from certain political subdivisions or landowners.

North Dakota’s Stream Crossing Standards are outlined in N.D.A.C. § 89-14-01-02. They were developed through a cooperative effort between the DWR and the North Dakota Department of Transportation. These standards establish roadway design requirements for all road authorities.
