Weather Modification License and Permits
No weather modification activities may be conducted without both a professional weather modification license issued under North Dakota Century Code (NDCC) section 61-04.1-14 and a weather modification permit issued under section 61-04.1-16. License and permit laws can be found in NDCC chapter 61-04.1 and North Dakota Administrative Code (NDAC) chapter 89-07-02.
