Drainage Complaint Form North Dakota Century Code 61-32-07 spells out the process for handling drainage complaints. The first step in this process is to complete a drainage complaint form and submit it to the appropriate Water Resource Board.
Emergency Dike Application In an effort to facilitate the permitting of temporary emergency levees, as required under North Dakota Century Code 61-16.1-38, the Office of the State Engineer has designed an abbreviated application form which is to be filled out by all persons or public entities intending to build temporary emergency levees this spring.
