ARB Utilizes Public Meeting Notice System
The ND Atmospheric Resource Board has begun utilizing the Secretary of State's web application for North Dakota Public Meeting Notices (https://intranetapps.nd.gov/sos/ndpmn/mainmenu.htm).
With this system, you are able to subscribe to our meeting notices. You choose between email notifications or RSS feeds for the governing body. Simply visit the link above, find "Atmospheric Resource Board, ND" under the Public Entity dialog and click the link. We will also keep a link to this site on our Board Member page (click on "Board and Authorities" on the left navigation panel, then click the "Board Members" link).
If you have questions, feel free to call Kelli Schroeder at 701-328-2789.

ARB Recruiting Observers to Report Precipitation
We are recruiting volunteers to observe and report precipitation across North Dakota. Volunteers have the option of participating in the ARB Cooperative Observer Network (ARBCON), either year-round, or only during the months of April-September. If you or someone you know have any interest in volunteering, contact Dan Brothers at (701) 328-2788, or via email at dabrothers@nd.gov.
Snow Reporting Comes To ARBCON
The Atmospheric Resource Board Cooperative Observer Network (ARBCON) began reporting snow data for the first time in it's 34 year history on October 1, 2010. More than 400 of ARBCON's 750 volunteer observers signed up to report year-round. The additional snow data will help fill gaps in existing snow data networks, assisting forecasters in predicting spring runoff and flooding risk. Learn more about ARBCON snow reporting here .
